Jeffrey Podlas, M.D., FACOG, is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed a Residency in Obstetrics
& Gynecology, as well as a Fellowship in Advanced Gynecology and Pelvic Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital
and Harvard Medical School in Boston. He specializes in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility, and also has a special interest
in Minimally Invasive and Laparoscopic Surgery, especially as it pertains to the management of Infertility, Endometriosis
and Urinary Stress Incontinence (or bladder control problems) as well as Hysteroscopic Surgery.
We strive
to provide individualized and compassionate care to our patients. Our staff is very carefully hand-picked to help achieve
this goal. Although Dr. Podlas is in solo practice, he has a Nurse Practitioner on a part-time basis and excellent coverage
with a small group of Ob-Gyn's in the Newport Beach area. This relationship has been ongoing for over 18 years, and all
of these physicians are similarly Board Certified.
Dr. Podlas is on the Active Staff of Hoag Memorial
Hospital in Newport Beach. He is a former Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has previously, and
currently serves on numerous Hospital Committees.
